Sourced from Ribble Reward Premium Lamb, these Lamb Henrys are taken from the shoulder and left on the bone for extra flavor during cooking. Similar to lamb shanks, they are best cooked low and slow for tender, melt-in-the-mouth meat. Perfect served with mint sauce or in a rich red wine juice.
