Completed orders for collection will be held in one of our temperature controlled cold stores until collected.

Completed orders for courier dispatch will be packed into insulated boxes with special food contact safe ice sheets. Ice sheets are placed under, around or on top of products and are specially designed to control the temperature of all the food in the box: products should be well under 5°C for as long as 48 hours. The insulated boxes have an outer corrugated cardboard sleeve which adds another thermal layer and further protects goods in transit.

Andertons will dispatch good via courier the day before delivery is due.

On the day of delivery customers will receive an interactive text / email notification stating a designated one-hour delivery timeslot.

Should the designated hour timeslot not be convenient, customers can select HOW they want to receive delivery.

The customers takes control at this point via the interactive text / email service and instruct the courier to deliver via one of the four offered alternatives:

  1. Neighbour Delivery to a neighbour
  2. Post Office: 10,500 branches across the UK
  3. Depot: Parcel collections and returns points
  4. Safe Place: Deliver to a secure place at home
