Luxury Pigs in Blankets
Let us take the hassle out of Christmas with our luxury pigs in blankets, made from our own pork chipolatas wrapped in streaky bacon. These are sure to impress at your festive feast.
Cooking Tips:
Cook sausages slowly at a low heat to keep them juicy. Avoid piercing the casing to lock in flavors. For thick sausages, cook in a fan-assisted oven at 170°C for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Smaller sausages need around 20 minutes. Allow to rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
