Simple Cooking Guide for Venison Haunch Steaks

1. Preheat a pan or grill to high heat.
2. Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and a little oil.
3. Sear the steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust time to your preferred doneness.
4. Rest the steaks for 5 minutes before serving to retain juices and enhance flavour.
