Anderton’s Butchers has joined the Guild of Fine Food

Our mission to achieve excellence in all areas in 2018 seems to know no limits as we have been granted the very prestigious membership to The Guild of Fine Food.

“The Guild was formed in 1995 with a mission to support and encourage artisan food and drink producers and the independent delicatessens, farm shops and food halls that mainly stock and sell their food and drink.

With over 1,300 members across the UK, the Guild organises and implements a network of activities designed to promote excellence in all sectors of the trade and build closer links between producers and retailers.” (The Guild of Fine Food, 2018)

The guilds ethics are echoed with Brendan’s in the quest for quality of produce and service.

By entering the Guild, we hope to gain recognition for our fantastic Ribble Reward beef and lamb which is sough after all year round by our loyal restaurateurs throughout the country and can be enjoyed at home through purchase in our traditional butcher’s shops or through our online sales portal.
