Night Shift Order Picker / Meat Operative

We are currently looking for Night shift AND Twilight Order Pickers / General Meat Operatives.

8 Hour Night Shift: 10pm to 6am -3, 4 & 5 night options.

Sunday Evening to Friday Evening.  £9.50 an hour with paid breaks + £10 per night attendance bonus subject to attending all shifts – £10.75 an hour (£86 per shift).

3 Hour Twilight Shift TERM TIME / REDUCED HOURS : 9pm to 12am – number of evenings to suit candidate – Sunday Evening to Friday Evening £35 per shift.

• The job mainly involves picking orders and then scanning them out, although there will be some production tasks (mincing, dicing, making burgers and packing).
• Previous experience in this kind of role is a definite advantage although not essential as you will receive on the job / in house training.
• A strong work ethic, with plenty of get up and go is a must.
• Previous night work experience is a preferred, as night work doesn’t suit everyone.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage and being able to drive to work would be beneficial due to our location.

Pay is performance / experience related.

The ability to drive to work would help due to our semi-rural location, although there is a bus stop close to site and some staff cycle.

We have onsite parking and offer staff discount on meat.
