Roger Anderton has gained Fellowship status from The Institute of Leadership and Management. We are immensely proud of his achievement as he looks to inspire great leadership in his colleagues, peers and family within his new role. This is without doubt a monumental accomplishment for Roger who in only 2015 became one of the very few Master Butchers within the United Kingdom. He is constantly looking to keep Anderton’s butchers at the top of their game in regards to innovation and leadership within all aspects of the business.
