Last night (Wednesday 11th April 2018) The Dog Inn, in Longridge hosted a Steak Night and invited ourselves at Andertons Butchers to provide a Steak Bar, in which customers could come and choose their preferred steak or chop. Austin Anderton and Max Roberts hosted the Steak Bar and put on a small traditional “old school” meat display in which once a cut of meat had been chosen, it would then be prepared and cut to size at the “Bar” for all to see, showcasing the excellent local and fresh produce to which Lancashire has to offer. The cuts of meat would then be sent into the Kitchen and cooked to each and everyone’s preferred liking. All in all it was a fantastic evening with both customers, butchers and Dog Inn staff all enjoying the great food and vibrant atmosphere.
